How to Register Certificate of Registration in BIR for Grab and Uber

Certificate of Registration (COR) for GRAB and UBER



Requirements:
1. BIR Form No. 1901 - 2 copies
   

2. Any identification ID issued by authorized government body (e.g. Birth Certificate, passport, driver's license, Community Tax Certificate) that shows the name, address and birthdate of the applicant. 


3.Vehicle's OR/CR / DTI or Mayor's Permit depends on RDO.

4. New sets of permanently bound books of accounts. (2pcs Columnar,1pc Journal,1pc Ledger )

  


5. Proof of Payment of Annual Registration Fee (BIR Form 0605)
      

6. BIR Form No. 1906  - 


7. Final & Clear Sample of Principal Receipts. 



STEPS
OPTION 1
Before you go to BIR
1. Make sure you have your Photocopy of (No. 1 & 2)
2. Buy your (No.4) Books of Account in National Bookstore.
3. Print-out (No.6) Form 1906 and go to Accredited Printing Press of BIR like Copyland. Ask for a sample template for your OR and ask them to fill-up the Printer Information. List of Accredited Printing Press click here. If they ask the Form 0605 tell them you can pay the 0605 after you finish all the requirements include this form and templates.
4. Go to your RDO and get the Form 1901 and 0605 and fill out.
5. Pay the Registration fee amount of P500 if without penalty (No.5) Form 0605 at RDO's Accredited banks. After the payment photocopy the form and bank receipt.. List of Accredited Bank clik here
6. Submit all your requirements. 
7. After the releasing of your ATP. Go to your Printing Press and give your ATP with approved OR template to pursue your OR printing.
8. And after you received your Certificate of Registration (COR) you can start to file your monthly tax Form 2551M started from the date you registered. Here's how click here 
9. Check your COR what form will you need to file.
10. And attend the seminar to understand more.


OPTION 2
1. Go to BIR and get Form 1901, 1906 and 0605 and fill-up the form.
2. Pay the Registration fee amount of P500 if without penalty (No.5) Form 0605 at RDO's Accredited banks. After the payment photocopy the form and bank receipt.
3. Photocopy your ID and ORCR.
4. Buy your Books of Account at National Bookstore or Expression.
5. Go to Accredited Printing Press and ask templates for your OR and ask them to fill out the Form 1906 at Printer information.
6. Submit all your requirements.
7. After the releasing of your ATP. Go to your Printing Press and give your ATP with approved OR template to pursue your OR printing.
8. And after you received your Certificate of Registration (COR) you can start to file your monthly tax Form 2551M started from the date you registered. Here's how click here
